Project 50
This year my birthday came and went pretty quietly...on the outside. On the inside? I won't lie, it was a great struggle. I mean really? I was 49 already? How could this happen before everything I had hoped to accomplish happened?
I am not where I thought I would be at this point in my life. When I was 17 and I imagined my life in 10 years, it involved me, my horse and my big yellow dog. We would travel around in my yellow Jeep and horse trailer doing whatever I imagined 27 year old women did and I was happy. Along the way I did have my horse for a while...and the yellow dog. Kids, divorce and second chances have me right where I am now.
You see, I am my own worst critic. Sad but true...and although I may not be where I thought I'd be at this point in my life...I kinda like where I am. I need to celebrate "Me" so I'm starting Project 50
In the next year, till my 50th Birthday on May 1st, 2013 I will be sharing 50 things. I'm still tweeking the idea but I'm thinking 50 things in different categories, 50 pictures, 50 craft projects, 50 things i did for myself, 50 Random Acts of Kindness (RAK), etc...
