Thirty Word Thursday-Dinner

Sautéed tender asparagus fragments
accompanying the vibrant leafy crowns
of jewel toned ruby red beets
settled amongst dense pillows
of sweet potato gnocchi
and morsels of crispy turkey bacon...

  1. Yum! That looks delicious! I am not a great cook, so I am always looking for new inspiration as dinner is the bane of my existence. Thanks for the yummy inspiration! And thanks for letting me know about the code. I will plead exhaustion since I got home after midnight. I forgot to change the date on the code. I just updated it. Try again! Thanks! (I don't have a way to email you since the email is not turned on in your profile). Enjoy the day. Erin

  6. I just ate lunch so one would think that a food shot would not have an effect on me, but it looks so tasty and the 30 words said so much, my stomach has forgotten that plate of chili.
